What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or improper care
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Custom/personalized items (engraved or made-to-order pieces)

How to Claim a Warranty

  1. Contact us at support@synzal.com with your order number and images of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
  3. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
