Refund policy

At Synzal, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must have its original tags, packaging, and certificates (if any).
  • The item should be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or worn products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Damaged items due to mishandling or improper care
  • Customized or personalized jewelry (engraved or made-to-order pieces)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–4 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
